Many PhD students are introverted by nature and can feel overwhelmed in situations where they need to network with people they may not know very well, such as during conferences. If you have ever sat in the corner at a conference, wishing you had the confidence to speak to that person whose talk you loved, that big-name scientist, or just anyone at all - this training is for you.
