Networking Walk for Women Entrepreneurs - Montclair, NJ

Biz Bestie Walk is an in-person networking event for women entrepreneurs looking to grow their businesses while enjoying exploring local parks and walkable downtowns.

Sharon Calle, founder of Biz Bestie Walk, has been a small business owner since 2016. When she pivoted to an online business in 2024 she found herself craving in-person connection. She attended a variety of networking events but found them overwhelming and disappointing. As an introvert she envisioned a more personal networking experience, small and intentional, where conversation comes first. Sharon launched Biz Bestie Walk in May 2024 - a safe place for women entrepreneurs to connect with their community, minus the pressure.

We welcome small business owners, solopreneurs, female founders, side hustlers, freelancers, and all women looking to build more meaningful connections IRL.

We'll be meeting at the Paper Plane Coffee Co. and walking for 1 hour around Montclair. The route is accessible and mostly flat.

Due to insurance reasons, we ask that you please leave children and pets at home. Thank you for understanding!

Small Group Icebreakers

After arrival you’ll team up with female founders for icebreakers and intros. (No pitches please!)

1:1 Networking Chats

During our 1 hour walk you’ll chat with each member of your group. Get your steps in while growing your business and your visibility.

Coffee Meetup (Optional)

After our walk, we'll meet at Paper Plane Coffee Co. to continue the conversation. *NOTE: Food is not included in the price of your ticket.

The walk will take place rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather we will meet at Paper Plane Coffee Co. instead.
