Networking Out- Flow & Connect Yoga Event

Flow & Connect is a recovery focused yin yoga experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and build meaningful connections with fellow professionals.

We will begin the evening with intentional networking, giving you time to meet others, connect organically, and ease into the space. From there, you will be guided through a calming yin yoga class focused on deep stretching, relaxation, and recovery. No yoga experience is required. This class is accessible and welcoming for all levels.

After the class, we will come back together for additional networking and conversation, allowing you to continue building connections in a relaxed and grounded environment.

This event is open to both members and non members and is perfect for anyone looking to balance professional growth with personal well being. Come ready to move gently, breathe deeply, and connect with intention.
