Networking Games Night: Play, Collaborate, Connect
About this Event
A relaxed way to network with like-minded people while playing cooperative games.
This is for you if you’re keen to:
- play cooperative games, those in which we all win or lose together
- explore how collaboration and collective problem-solving could be applied IRL to your work
- connect with others who care about people and planet more than profits
Join us for one or all game nights. Come solo or with your friends!
Feel free to bring along your favourite coop games, or a prototype you’re working on.
There will be several game tables, drinks, snacks, and lots of good chat.
Who organises this?
This series of game nights is brought to you by Games Transformed and hosted by Matteo Menapace.
co-designed Daybreak, a board game about stopping climate change. It’s a fully cooperative game, with no turns! So you’ll be openly strategising with your team mates, and playing climate solution cards to build a greener and fairer future for all.
(GT) brings organisers into games, and game makers and players closer to organising. Through festivals, events, and partnerships, GT explores how games can challenge power, build solidarity, imagine revolutionary futures, and collectively work towards liberation. GT celebrates games as an art form, connects play with movement struggle, and creates spaces where cultural work, political education, and collective imagination intersect to inspire new worlds.
The fourth edition of the Games Transformed Festival will return to East London between October 30th and November 1st 2026.
About the venue
is a part of Outlandish, a tech worker-cooperative committed to creating social and economic change. We run SPACE4 to invest in our local community, democratic business, and social movements. We achieve this through providing affordable workspace, networking and training events, and consultancy from our base in Finsbury Park. We are a hub for social innovators and digital activists.
