The mission of the Hornbuckle Foundation is to provide hope and support to people suffering from substance use disorder by assisting them in finding tools and resources to transition into productive and positive members of society. We welcome former NFL player, Vance Johnson, to share his story and speak on the importance of recovery, community and purpose. Fellowship and network among leaders in the recovery community as we all strive toward our common goal to collaborate and combat the devastation of addiction in Colorado. Our goal is to raise $10,000 to provide 10 sober living scholarships to people who need it most.
