Felicia brings over 25 years of leadership and a deep commitment to equitable, accessible care.
Beth Burke, HeartLine’s 211 Director, will provide insight into the 2-1-1 resource database and the Oklahoma Problem Gambling Helpline, highlighting how these tools connect individuals to critical services and support ongoing care coordination across the state.
