Network & Chill was created to be that space.
Join fellow principals, assistant principals, district administrators, superintendents, educational consultants, and education professionals for an evening that blends meaningful professional networking, leadership development, authentic conversation, and community.
This isn't another traditional professional development session.
It's a relaxed space for school and district leaders to step away from the day-to-day demands of leadership, connect with leaders across districts and communities, exchange ideas, and build relationships that extend beyond the room.
THE POWER OF THE PIVOT
Our inaugural Network & Chill experience explores one of the most important realities of leadership:
Sometimes effective leadership requires knowing when—and how—to pivot.
Leadership doesn't always require doing more. Sometimes it requires stepping back, recognizing what's changing, understanding what you bring to the table, and knowing when a different approach is needed.
Through an engaging mini-session and facilitated conversation, we'll explore:
- Recognizing when your leadership approach needs to shift
- Understanding your strengths, gaps, and blind spots
- Identifying the gifts you naturally bring to leadership
- Building teams that complement you rather than simply mirror you
- Navigating pivotal seasons of leadership with greater clarity
- Strengthening the relationships and systems around you
And then—we chill.
The second half of the experience creates intentional space to network, connect, exchange ideas, and build authentic professional relationships with leaders from across the Chicagoland education community.
No forced networking. No pressure to perform.
Just real people, real leadership conversations, and real connections.
