About this Event
On February 14th and 15th, 2025, Zer0now will be hosting a Net-zero Boot Camp in Fort Collins, Colorado (with a real-time remote option made possible by the Mosaic Room at Colorado State University’s School of Business) to train industry professionals and sustainability-minded students in skills essential to a corporation’s net-zero transition. This Net-zero Boot-camp is a project-based workshop focused on equipping participants with practical skills for developing corporate net-zero strategies. The training will use a combination of lecture, group discussion, and group projects to build expertise in 4 fundamental GHG management skills:
1. Stakeholder bench-marking
2. Greenhouse gas accounting fundamentals
3. Science-based target setting
4. Net-Zero transition plan

Charlie is a leader in the net-zero consulting space, working with corporate clients large and small and across multiple industries to set and achieve corporate climate goals. With a background in engineering and 6 years in corporate climate strategy, his areas of expertise encompass greenhouse gas accounting, management, and net-zero transition.

Location: This event will be held in lovely Fort Collins, Colorado using the Mosaic room at Colorado State University’s Rockwell Hall West which will enable a hybrid in-person and remote event.

About the Mosaic Room: Because of the tremendous value of in-person learning, we have partnered with the folks at Colorado State University to make the remote option as close to being here as possible for any participants unable to travel to Fort Collins, Colorado. The Mosaic room at Colorado State University’s School of Business is tech enabled to allow remote participants to experience the classroom almost as if they were physically present.

Meals: Meals will not be provided during the event, but a 1 hour lunch break will be provided each day between 12:00 and 13:00 MDT.
