Nestvillage is hiring for Direct Care Workers.
Primary responsibilities include:
Administering medications, assistance with daily living activities, companionship and support maintaining and building life skills that encourage independence. Along with assistance in household upkeep, accompany residents to appointment and outinor recreational activities. Ensuring safety protocols and compliance with agency policies are being followed. Collaborating with family, healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated person-centered care.
Important Qualifications:
18 years if age or older
Ability to obtain a Fingerprint Clearnace Card
CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
High School Education (Diploma or Equivalent)
Valid Driver's License w/ a clean MVR
3 Professional references
