NEST is a private Early Years Consultancy Service with a team of highly trained consultants, offering bespoke support to families with children aged 0-5 years. NEST works closely with you and your family in a nurturing and non-judgmental way, to support you in your child's early years. NEST is proud to have a strong ethos ensuring that every family receives a service which is confidential, informative, and exclusively tailored to each individual family and their needs .

Lucy, Founder of NEST and Norland Nanny, and Harriet, consultant at NEST and also a highly experienced Norland Nanny, are excited to be working with Naturalmat Baby to offer you this workshop!

During the workshop we will discuss:

• Strategies to help support your little one to self-settle
• Hints and tips for a good bedtime routine
• Naps
• Problem solving common sleep issues such as: frequent waking throughout the nightime, short nap times, feeding to sleep, and more!

The workshop will be a relaxed session with opportunities for you to ask questions throughout.
