Nest is a free program consisting of an an hour of mindful, judgement-free art making. Mindfulness practices, both in meditation and in art, can help our ability to regulate our feelings, decrease stress, and focus our attention. Developed under the direction of Emily Skelton, LMFT, Registered Art Therapist, this program is intended for teens and adults.
