Strengthen your knowledge of the NSW Legislature: discuss concepts such as ‘Separation of Powers’ and ‘Division of Powers’; find out how laws and regulations are made; explore the role of parliamentary committees as mechanisms of law reform.

Completing Legal Studies & the Legislature for Teachers will contribute 2 hours of NESA Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing Standard Descriptor(s)

2.1.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
