Did you know that 80% of the information that moves through our neural pathways is afferent? That means that 80% of the information moves from the bottom up or from the lower body up to the brain. The body holds memory of experience in a very primal way blocking our chakras (our energy vortexes) stopping the free slow of energy. That held sensation, that blocked energy influences our ongoing experience on physical, emotional, and energetic levels, often causing us to maintain patterns that are a source of pain and manifesting in physical pain. With the help of Reiki and Sound Healing, discover ways to release long-held sensations, recognize the body-based roots of our emotional and physical patterns, and shift our energies towards healing rather than surviving.

The afternoon will start with Yoga Nidra meditation, a meditation to start focusing on your body so you can recognize the blocks in your body . The meditation will be followed by an immersive Sound Bath that will use the power of sound and vibration to gently guide your mind and body into a state of total relaxation, unblocking emotional wounds, releasing anxiety and stress, and promoting complete relaxation. I will use a wide variety of ancient sound healing instruments including planetary tuned gongs, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and more to create a sound healing experience that will vibrate and activate every cell in your body, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The sound bath will be infused with Reiki, a Japanese relaxation technique aimed to further bring you your mind and body into alignment.
