This gentle restorative yoga class is designed to calm your nervous system and release built-up tension from within.
Guided by Kate, this unique session weaves together yin-style yoga with energy-unlocking stretches and simple vagus nerve toning techniques — creating a space of deep safety, stillness, and surrender. You’ll be supported to move slowly, soften deeply, and reset from the inside out.
