Nervous System Reset Workshop with Miko the Intuitive Healer

Nervous System Reset is a fun, uplifting, and deeply practical half-day retreat led by Miko Flores, a Filipino-American shaman, intuitive healer, and former Army medic, visiting us all the way from Hawai'i.
Come as you are, leave with tools you'll return to again and again.
Learn to land in your body gently by sensing and moving energy. In just one sacred afternoon, you'll be guided through an ancient sequence of clearing, grounding, and invoking, transforming a scattered, panicked nervous system into a calm, sovereign vessel.
Rooted in Filipino and Southeast Asian shamanic traditions, this workshop blends nervous system regulation with energetic and spiritual practice. You'll learn how to clear negative energy, ground your nervous system, and invoke ancestral and magical protection, both before and after moments of overwhelm or trauma.
Drawing on his own journey as a trauma survivor, medic, and healer, Miko teaches open-practice energy and shamanic techniques designed to be simple, accessible, and yours to keep. No prior experience is needed. This workshop is open to all.
Schedule:
9:00 AM - Retreat begins (after breakfast)
12:00 – 1:00 PM - Lunch break (on your own)
1:00 – 3:00 PM - Retreat continues and closes with a Sound Bath from Adagio Sound Healing
Please bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket.
