Take a pause from the busyness of life and join us for an evening of deep relaxation, restoration, and inner balance.

In this intimate 60-minute experience, JJ will guide you through a gentle meditation designed to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and bring you back to the present moment. As you settle into stillness, you will be immersed in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, therapeutic instruments, and healing frequencies that support relaxation on a physical, emotional, and energetic level.

Throughout the session, Reiki energy healing will be offered to support the body's natural ability to restore balance and harmony.

This experience is perfect for anyone who:
