Many people spend years trying to think their way through stress, anxiety, overwhelm, emotional reactivity, burnout, and recurring life patterns. Yet lasting change often requires more than insight alone.
The nervous system plays a powerful role in how we experience our thoughts, emotions, relationships, habits, and daily life. When the body remains in a chronic state of activation, even simple challenges can feel overwhelming. When the nervous system learns to settle, we gain access to greater clarity, resilience, presence, and choice.
This 90-minute immersive experience combines guided hypnosis, breath awareness, somatic techniques, nervous system regulation practices, and deep relaxation to help participants shift out of survival mode and reconnect with a calmer, more balanced state.
During this experience you will:
• Release accumulated stress and tension held in the body
• Quiet mental chatter and overthinking
• Learn simple tools to regulate your nervous system in daily life
• Experience a deeply restorative guided hypnosis journey
• Strengthen your connection to safety, calm, and inner stability
• Leave feeling more grounded, present, and refreshed
No prior experience with hypnosis or meditation is necessary.
Please bring anything that will help you feel comfortable during the guided portion of the experience, such as a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye covering, or water bottle.
