Join us for a 3-hour group healing experience led by the Life Shift Method, where you'll be guided through Life Shift Method breathwork, sound healing, and nervous system regulation to help you feel lighter, calmer, and more like yourself again.

Meet your guides!

This experience is led by Jeet and Sydney, founders of The Life Shift Method. They specialize in breathwork, sound therapy, and nervous system regulation, supporting people through burnout, stress, trauma, and major life transitions, helping them reset, heal, and reconnect to themselves.

Sydney is a certified Breathwork Detox facilitator, trained in Transcendental Meditation (Maharishi University), with a background in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She leads transformational wellness experiences and retreats focused on breathwork, emotional release, and nervous system regulation.

Jeet is a certified Reiki practitioner, sound therapist, hospice nurse, and death doula. Her work is rooted in compassionate care, supporting healing, grief, and life transitions with deep presence and grounding.

Together, they create immersive healing experiences using breathwork, sound healing, meditation, and emotional release work to support clarity, balance, and transformation.
