Along with a certifications in Meditation and Holistic Coaching, Connie is also a certified Breath-work Instructor and Coach with years of experience, and she will guide you into simple and powerful breath patterns that are proven to reduce stress, stabilize your nervous system, and leave you feeling calm and rested. Connie is also an Expert Level Certified Sound Healer, and may use singing bowls, chimes, or other instruments to help enhance and deepen the meditation experience.
