This is a special edition of the monthly meditation offered by Connie Greisz of Room to Bloom that will include a special guest co-host, Jamie Nicholas of Mighty Mindful Beings. Jamie has been dedicated to sharing the power and benefits of meditation for many years, and has years of experience with mindfulness, meditation, and Reiki healing.

This class is open to all and will be a wonderful experience both for those who are brand new to meditation as well as those who are experienced in meditation. Along with a certifications in Meditation and Holistic Coaching, Connie is also a certified Breath-work Instructor and Coach with years of experience, and she will guide you into simple and powerful breath patterns that are proven to reduce stress, stabilize your nervous system, and leave you feeling calm and rested. Connie is also an Expert Level Certified Sound Healer, and may use singing bowls, chimes, or other instruments to help enhance and deepen the meditation experience.
