A nervous system reset experience by the water followed by hot sauna and saunagus.
Before stepping into the heat, we will begin with a guided nervous system reset to help the body slow down, soften and prepare for the sauna experience.
Through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, grounding and regulation tools, you’ll support your body in shifting out of stress mode and into a calmer, more present state.
Then we move into the heat.
Saunagus combines sauna, essential oils, heat and guided waves of steam - creating a powerful sensory experience for the body and nervous system.
This event is designed to help you release tension, reconnect with your body and experience deep relaxation through the combination of regulation, water and heat.

Why We Start With Nervous System Regulation
Hot sauna can be intense for the body.
When we first regulate the nervous system, we create a stronger sense of safety before entering the heat.
This can help the body:
• settle before the sauna
• breathe more deeply
• handle heat with more ease
• release tension more fully
• move into relaxation instead of overwhelm

What the Event Looks Like
We meet at 17:15 for the nervous system reset practice.
The first part includes:
• gentle somatic movement
• grounding practices
• breathwork for regulation
• body awareness
• guided relaxation
• tools to prepare the body for heat
At 18:30, we enter the sauna for saunagus.
The sauna experience includes heat, steam, essential oils and deep rest.
