Nervous System Regulation Workshop with Growing Girl

Growing Girl is an adult Psychoeducation service. We are female-dominated but never female-only.

This Autumn, we are bringing Birmingham a 4.5-hour Nervous System Regulation seminar. This course will give you a detailed and in-depth understanding of the Human Nervous System and the stress response. You will be given a course companion booklet to keep as you are led through multiple group activities that promote healing and regulation. Then you will lead with a personalised regulation plan that we will collaborate with you on so that you can be equipped with your own tools for self-mastery!
