About this Event

Growing Girl is an adult psychoeducation service. Whilst we are female-dominated, our events are never female-only.

Following the success of our first Nervous System Regulation Seminar, we're bringing Birmingham Nervous System Regulation: Part 2.

This 4.5-hour seminar builds on the foundations of the first course by exploring the nervous system in greater depth, with updated research, new practical techniques and a stronger focus on applying nervous system regulation to everyday life.

Whether you attended the first seminar and are ready to deepen your understanding, or you're looking to expand your knowledge of the mind-body connection, this session will equip you with practical strategies to better understand and regulate your nervous system.

You'll receive a companion workbook to keep as you're guided through interactive activities, practical exercises and group discussions throughout the seminar. Together, we'll develop your own personalised regulation plan, giving you practical tools to continue using long after the event.
