About this Event
Your nervous system holds the key to unlocking your true potential ✨ Tending directly to your body in our overly-busy, plugged-in, modern world has become a necessity.
Each session in this series will contain a unique blend of yoga that’s designed to relax the body and heal the nervous system, as well as breathwork and sound healing that will leave you feeling restored and fully ALIVE.
We encourage you to attend regularly because the positive impacts are cumulative – the more you tend to your nervous system, the more capacity you build for maintaining a sense of radical presence even while the world is in a challenging place.
Please bring a journal and a pen in case you want to record any notes or insights.
Co-hosted by Dr. Leslie Carr and Julia de’Caneva, they're bringing together their 30 years of combined expertise in psychology, human behavior, ancient wisdom traditions, and certifications across myriad disciplines into self-care that gets to the heart of what it means to be well.
