During this in-person event, you will have the opportunity to see and learn about our bulk cargo handling operations, our environmental systems and more. Our knowledgeable guides will provide interesting insights into the terminal's history, its role in the local economy, the jobs at our terminal, and our part in the North Van community.

We have two time slots available:

• 9:00 am - 10:30 am (90 minutes) Please plan to arrive by 8:45 am to check in

• 11:30 am - 1:00 pm (90 minutes) Please plan to arrive by 11:15 am to check in

Please carefully read the information below to be ready for your tour

Meet your bus at our Neptune Terminals administrative office at 340 Brooksbank Ave, North Vancouver. There is an alley behind our office, and the parking lot from which the bus will depart can be found at the far eastern end, adjacent to the recycling depot. If you require assistance on the day of the tour to find the meeting spot, please call 604-968-4804.
