We are delighted to invite you to the NepSAP Social Gathering & General Assembly 2025, taking place on Saturday, 27 September 2025.
This event is open to all NepSAP members, well-wishers, and supporters – and we warmly encourage you to bring your family and friends.
The gathering will also serve as our General Assembly, where we will select the new Executive Committee.
🍴 Lunch & Registration
A lunch box is included in the program upon registration.
Registration fee: 100 DKK per person (ages 13 and above)
Please register (in advance or latest by September 20, 2025) by sending your payment via MobilePay: 6928SE (please text VEG or NON-VEG upon payment)
For lunch arrangements for children 12 years and under, kindly contact the organizers directly.
Parking
Free parking is available at the venue.
