NEON BREATH: Expand Your Mind with Breathwork and Sound
About this Event
NEON BREATH: Expand Your Mind
What happens when you combine intentional breathing with mind-bending electronic sound?
NEON BREATH is an immersive, music-driven breathwork experience designed to take you beyond simply listening to music and let you feel it.
For this journey, we'll breathe to a carefully curated soundtrack of psychedelic electronic music featuring hypnotic rhythms, melodic bass, massive builds, unexpected drops, and expansive soundscapes.
As the music evolves, so does the breath.
The result is a 90-minute experience designed to shift your state, heighten your senses, and explore just how powerful your breath can be.
Never tried breathwork before? Perfect.
NEON BREATH was created to be approachable for complete beginners while still delivering a powerful experience for seasoned breathworkers.
There's nothing you need to believe in, accomplish, or force.
Get comfortable. Follow the guidance. Breathe. Feel the music. See where it takes you.
