From 10.00 am to 1.00 pm - We will be running a special Squad training session aimed at all levels, with specialist sections dedicated to:
Strength and Explosive Power Conditioning
Pad Power and Endurance
Tatami Presence and Fight IQ - dedicated to LC sparring - this will be comprised of distance control, movement, and the art of countering
The first one sold out nearly a month before the event - this one is again limited to 80 people and 10 places have already gone!
