Are You Ready For Your First Alien Encounter?

Neil deGrasse Tyson joins Nayeema Raza for a live taping of the award-winning podcast. This is an exclusive in-person evening of Alien Encounter Prep 101 at New York's iconic Comedy Cellar Village Underground. We'll tackle the human fascination with extraterrestrial life and you'll get a sneak peek into Neil's soon-to-be-released book, "Take Me To Your Leader."

Neil deGrasse Tyson is a world-renowned science communicator. He is the Director of the Hayden Planetarium at the American Museum of Natural History and the author of several bestsllers and awe-inspiring books including his latest, Take Me To Your Your Leader: Perspectives on Your First Alien Encounter.

Nayeema Raza is the host of the Smart Girl Dumb Questions podcast, a Spotify Top 10 Best New Show of 2025 and 2026 iHeart Podcast Award Winner. Previously at the New York Times and New York Magazine, now she asks the smart, dumb and always curious Qs we all have.
