Neighbourhood Welcome

On Wednesday 8th July we are delighted to open our doors and welcome members of our local neighbourhood and community to Hazelbrook Care Home.
Join us between 1pm and 3pm for light refreshments, the opportunity to meet our team, and have a look around our new home!
As a specialist care home, we provide tailored, compassionate support in a safe and welcoming environment, offering specialist dementia nursing care, complex nursing care and physical health support, neurological and acquired brain injury care, as well as specialist mental health care.
We are proud of the warm and supportive setting we have created, and would be delighted to share with our new neighbours first-hand what makes Hazelbrook such a special place to live.
