Join us for our neighborhood Wellness workshops which will feature a variety of mental health and nutritional strategies. Participants will be presented with a map of community resources near the market, including mental health, physical health, housing, career, food, and social support.
The event includes an educational game featuring wellness strategies with chances to win prizes. Handouts will be provided on nutritional and mental health techniques.
There will be opportunities to sign up for CalFresh. Current CalFresh recipients can redeem their benefits and receive Market Match dollars for fresh fruits and vegetables.
