Neighborhood Opportunity Fund Workshop

Join us for an informative workshop on the City of Chicago's Neighborhood Opportunity Fund presented by P3 Markets.
The Neighborhood Opportunity Fund (NOF) grants support commercial construction and rehabilitation projects on the South, Southwest, and West Sides up to $250K (in reimbursement funding)

• Grants can be used for permanent construction and rehabilitation costs that include:
• Site preparation, including demolition, earthwork and environmental remediation work Substructure expenses, including foundations and basements
• Exterior improvements, including roofs, floors, walls, windows and doors
• Interior improvements, including walls, doors, stairs, floors and ceilings
• Mechanical system upgrades, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire protection and elevators
