Join us for Sips & Sunsets, a welcoming neighborhood gathering created to bring our community together ahead of our official grand opening. This relaxed, family-friendly evening is an open invitation to stop by, connect, and enjoy the space at your own pace. Feel free to stop by anytime between 5-8pm or stay for the entire time!

Bring the family, enjoy freshly grilled bites, sip a cocktail if you’d like, and unwind as the sun sets over our waterfront deck. With a casual atmosphere, friendly faces, and no formal program, this is simply an opportunity to feel at home, meet your neighbors, and get a first look at what’s coming soon to the neighborhood!
