The Neighborhood Career Connector (NCC) Program, supported by the ESL Foundation and the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Foundation, brings RochesterWorks workforce services directly into trusted community locations throughout Monroe County.

Join this information session to learn how your organization can partner with RochesterWorks in providing a comfortable location for community members to receive on-site career assessments, career advising, workforce development resources, and connections to employment, education, training, and supportive services.

This session is designed for community-based organizations, faith-based organizations, nonprofits, social service providers, and other partners interested in serving as Neighborhood Career Connector sites.
