Join the Yard Goats as we celebrate Black culture in Connecticut and honor the legacy of Negro League Baseball. The team will take the field as the Hartford School Boys, wearing special uniforms and caps in homage to Johnny Schoolboy Taylor, the most famous Negro League baseball player from Connecticut. The Yard Goats host the Red Sox affiliate, with gates opening at 6:00pm.
