Need a Hug?

Sometimes we just need a hug.
Not advice.
Not fixing.
Not pretending everything is okay.
Just a gentle space to be held, and be human together.
So I’m hosting a small community gathering called “Need a Hug.” 🥰
It’s a quiet hour where we can slow down and maybe share a hug if it feels right.
No pressure, no expectations.
