🪶 Latricia Badgett - mother, artist, and Sound-Weaving Shaman from Southeast Texas, sharing the hauntingly beautiful tones of her handcrafted flute and the grounding resonance of the drum.
🎶 Crystal Bowl Sound Healing - rich, resonant soundscapes inviting stillness, deep rest, and presence as the tones mingle with the natural sounds of the river.
🌲 Guided Meditations & Seasonal Reflections by Amy Pramuk — Certified Yoga Instructor and Forest Therapy Guide, weaving mindfulness, nature connection, and the spirit of the Big Thicket into an exploration of balance, transition, gratitude, and letting go.
