His commercial success continued into the late 1990s with twomore platinum albums and a gold album, as well as six more Top Ten hits. A seventh Top Tenhit,Billy's Got His Beer Goggles On, came in 2005 from his self-releasedThat's Life.

Neal has been on17 USO Toursaround the world and continues to say it's one of theachievements he's most proud of. He is also the recipient of multiple Humanitarian awardsfromThe Academy of Country Music, The Country Radio Broadcasters and TheMasonic Grand Lodge. In 2016 Neal has again made a move to continue his patriotic valuesby reciting the Pledge of Allegiance "Live" on hisFacebook page every morning. He'sreached millions of viewers all over the country and around the world. Currently he justachieved 3000 days in a row and going strong. Neal also supports his own charity organization:East Texas Angel Networkwhich is committed to the enhancement of the livesof children of East Texas who are livingwith terminal or life-threatening diseases. He hosts a yearly golf tournament, auction/dinner &concert over two days in the Fall.

The foundation has been going strong since 1995 andto date has raised over 12 milliondollars for over 500 hundred East Texas families.
