NE Performing Arts Group presents "The Lion King: RELOADED" - Matinee

The award-winning Northeast Performing Arts Group will present their 45th-anniversary production, "The Lion King: RELOADED,” on Friday, August 9, 2024, for two performances at the UDC Theater of the Arts located at 4300 Connecticut Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20008.

The Lion King RELOADED is a soulful story about the life of a young lion who struggles with losing his father, the love he feels for a young lioness, his quest for the courage to become king in the absence of his father, and fulfilling his circle of life.

Performances will be held on Friday, August 9, at 11:30 a.m. (for the general public, summer camps, seniors, and city officials), and is $10 in advance/$15 at the door (groups of 15 or more must RSVP on or before Friday, August 3), and 7:30 p.m. evening performance/$20 in advance and $25 at the door.
