Join us for a relaxed and inclusive nature walk at Anstey Hill Recreation Park along the walking pathAre you looking for a low-pressure way to connect with like-minded neurodivergent people? Come along for a gentle stroll in nature, where you can move at your own pace, enjoy the fresh air, and meet others in a comfortable and understanding space.

A welcoming, judgment-free environment
Optional socializing—chat as much or as little as you like
Proposed route sent to you 1 week prior - a casual, accessible walk or wheel tailored to the group
Supportive atmosphere for all neurotypes
Bring a water bottle, wear comfy shoes, and enjoy nature with a friendly group of people who just get it.
This event is open to neurodivergent adults over 18 years who identify as neurodivergent (self-identification is recognised). Feel free to bring a support person!
