Calling our local neurodivergent community...
Whether you're diagnosed, self-diagnosed, exploring the possibility, raising neurodivergent children, supporting an ND partner, or simply looking for a space where you can finally stop masking and just be yourself...
This is your invitation. �
No pressure.
No expectations.
No need to explain yourself.
Talk too much? That's okay.
Hardly talk at all? That's okay too.
Bring your crochet, your latest hyperfocus, your weird facts, your favourite art supplies, your favourite board game or simply yourself.
We are different together.
Each week we'll have a variety of activities available including:
� Easels, paints and art materials
� Support and inspiration.
� A quiet area for reading, crochet, puzzles and downtime
� Board games and social spaces
� Tea, coffee, snacks and all equipment included
� Group chats, shared experiences and Q&A sessions
� The opportunity to meet people who genuinely understand
I'm Karen, founder of Tribe Therapy Services, AuDHD myself with an AuADHD family, ND coach, qualified talking therapist and NLP Coach, and I'll be there throughout the session.

Looking for support with diagnosis pathways, family life, overwhelm, relationships or simply life in general?
I'm on hand throughout the evening and can also offer one-to-one chats during the session if you'd like some more focused support.
This isn't therapy.
It's not a support group.

A place to leave the masks at the door.
A place where being "too much" or "not enough" doesn't exist.
A place to create, connect, laugh, learn, share experiences and maybe even discover a new passion.
Come for five minutes or stay for two hours.
