All parents and carers welcome. Walk suitable for pushchairs and carriers.

Meeting point - outside the main entrance to the Orchard Cafe, not far from the toilets!

Led by NCT volunteers, our NCT Walk and Talk groups give new and expectant parents the opportunity to: 

• get outdoors with their babies on a safe and accessible route 

• improve their mental health and wellbeing 

• make new friends and feel part of a community
