Renowned solo pianist Tony Ann, celebrated for his innovative fusion of contemporary and classical styles, makes his Irish debut at NCH. Known for his beautiful harmonies and his music capturing the full range of emotions, Tony Ann has introduced a whole new generation to the power of piano. His new projects looks to astrological signs and creates musical portraits of them. With over 100 million views and a following of more than 6 million on social media, Tony has introduced younger generations to neoclassical music through his popular “#playthatword” series and his trilogy of EPs—EMOTIONALLY BLUE, ORANGE, and RED—released in collaboration with Decca Records France (Universal Music Group).
Tony Ann's world tour has already seen sold-out shows in major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Tokyo, and Kuala Lumpur. His performances are known for pushing the boundaries of neoclassical, instrumental, and popular music, using the full range of the piano’s 88 keys to create compositions steeped in emotion and technical prowess.
In addition to his solo work, Tony has demonstrated his versatility by collaborating with artists such as Don Diablo, Wrabel, and L.Dre, and co-writing platinum US singles "Sick Boy" and "Call You Mine" with The Chainsmokers. He toured with them on the “Memories: Do Not Open” North American arena tour, performing on SNL and Good Morning America.
