Demo Day is an opportunity for the 10 companies taking part In the 12th cohort of the Conscious Venture Lab Accelerator Program to present their hard work, growth, and achievements since joining our 14-week hybrid accelerator program in September 2024.

These founders have:

• mastered the tenets of Conscious Capitalism,
• fine-tuned their business models,
• received mentoring by leading experts,
• perfected their pitches, and
• made extensive progress on and in their businesses using our CVL company building platform powered by FounderTrac.

Now, they're ready share all of their hard work and progress with you!

Demo Day will provide the opportunity to hear each company's pitch and make connections with these ambitious entrepreneurs. It will be an evening of discovery, innovation, and excitement for the future of conscious entrepreneurship in our world!

Geld.Network tokenizes land and carbon credits in Africa to provide local farmers with income in the form of carbon credits, turning farmers into earth stewards using nature based solutions to preserve the planet.

GreenLift partners with municipalities, environmental organizations, and commercial property owners to deliver sustainable stormwater management solutions and ecofriendly products while hiring returning citizens and creating meaningful opportunities that contribute to social equity.

Haptic Planner is a planner and notetaking system built for businesspeople and students to help them prioritize schedules and action and to accomplish goals through a paper-based planner with a tech-powered outershell connected to an AI-Powered app that digitizes, stores, and categorizes hand-written information.

Healthlink360 is a personal wellness assistant that uses smartphone camera sensors and AI to provide underrepresented patient populations access to actionable health insights and resources.

Journiy is a digital care management platform that helps self-insured employers, and health plans improve adherence to treatment plan and lower cost of care for their patients with diet-related chronic diseases by providing culturally tailored nutrition plans and health coaching.

Lumpsome is a digital wallet for low/middle income people to efficiently store, verify, and share documents between their employer, government agencies, and nonprofits when applying to safety net programs.

PayCruiser is a digital banking app that allows businesses and individuals to easily send and receive instant payments and access their funds from anywhere in the world.

WePair Health exists to bridge healthcare and community by empowering a peer-driven workforce to deliver culturally and linguistically competent care, so that everyone, regardless of background, has access to the resources they need to thrive.
