National Black MBA Association - Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT)
Welcome to the 2026 Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Cohort!

The National Black MBA Association® Austin Chapter proudly welcomes students and families to the official kickoff of the Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) Program.

This orientation serves as an opportunity for students, parents, mentors, and community partners to learn more about the program, meet fellow participants, and begin an exciting leadership journey.
About Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT)

LOT is a leadership development program designed for students in grades 9–12 that prepares future leaders through education, mentorship, professional development, and community engagement.

Throughout the program, students will develop skills in:

• Leadership

• Financial Literacy

• College Preparation

• Career Readiness

• Life Skills

Participants will also engage with executives, entrepreneurs, educators, and community leaders while building confidence, expanding professional networks, and preparing for future success.
