**Recommended for students with prior decorating experience.
CLASS FEE: $50.00

Join me for a day of cookies and coffee! Learn the basic techniques of decorating sugar cookies with royal icing, and in 2-3 hours, walk away with 12 beautifully decorated cookies.
**PLEASE NOTE: all cookies and icing will be prepared prior to class to ensure enough time for decorating!
The class will cover the following:
-Sugar cookie baking tips and tricks (leave with a no-fail sugar cookie recipe)
-Royal icing recipe and the different consistencies
-Basic piping techniques for a flawless cookie
-Tips and tricks for cookie decorating success!
-Use of projector and possibly air brush machine
You will leave with 6 beautifully decorated cookies and a range of information, including a sugar cookie recipe and a royal icing recipe, a list of resources for decorating tools and supplies.
Class fee includes all supplies needed.
**Cookies are for decorative purposes and are baked for a sturdy cookie to avoid breakage. They are completely edible!
**Classes are held in my home in Chapman Heights, Yucaipa unless otherwise notified, and are limited to 10 students. Masks are optional at this time and is subject to change with growing concerns of Covid 19
? Class fees are non refundable as cookies, icing and supplies are baked and prepared on you behalf so please be aware of class date and time prior to booking.
? Class will be canceled due to illness, emergency, or if fewer than 5 students are enrolled, in which case a full refund will be given
