NAVSEA 03S Digital Industrial Operations Industry Day 2022

Naval Sea Systems Command 03S (SEA 03S), Digital Industrial Operations (DIO) manages the operations and maintenance of Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES), whose mission is to provide Information Technology (IT) systems, applications, networks and data centers for the Department of Navy (DoN) Naval Ship Maintenance Community.

NMMES provides business operations and financial management tools for over 45,000 users, who support and execute the maintenance, overhaul and modernization operations of Naval vessels. The NMMES user community consist of four (4) Naval Shipyards (NSYs), six (6) Regional Maintenance Centers (RMCs) including Forward Deployed Regional Maintenance Center (FDRMC), and Navy Submarine Support Facility – New London (FDRMC-New London), Intermediate Maintenance Facility (IMF) and Ship Repair Facility.

Contractor support is required in order to execute DIO's operational mission and sustainment of NMMES IT requirements.
