Join the North Shore Keep Well Society for the fourth workshop in our Navigating Transitions series—a series of interactive workshops created by and for seniors to support healthy aging, independence, connection, and well-being.

The North Shore Keep Well Society has been supporting older adults on the North Shore for decades, helping seniors overcome barriers to healthy, active, and connected lives through accessible wellness programs, health education, volunteer support, and social connection.
This project was developed with the insight and leadership of older adult volunteers who identified the need for greater access to information, resources, and meaningful opportunities for connection.
We gratefully acknowledge the support of the New Horizons for Seniors Program, which helps make this initiative possible.
Come join us for an afternoon of learning, conversation, and connection. Everyone is welcome at this FREE workshop!
