• Go beyond the excuse of “hormones” and make sense of the adolescent brain.

• Learn how to strengthen and support your teen’s executive functioning (planning and organizational) skills.
• Discover strategies for having difficult conversations.
• Invite cooperation with curiosity and connection instead of relying on consequences.
• Be more confident and connect with others parenting teens.
• After this workshop, have the opportunity to join a 4 week series with other caregivers, Wednesdays, March 11-April @SCHS, 6-8pm
