Gina has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Niagara University. She has spent over 25 years helping thousands of organizations manage one of their biggest costs, their employees. She has done this by creating efficiencies throughout their organization through HCM technology.

Originally from Rochester, New York Gina has lived in Central Florida since 1995. She has been married to Billy for 18 years and has two sons, Will & Aiden. She spends most weekends at the baseball field watching her boys play the sport they love.

Joe Raymond

Founder and Managing Partner

Joe has successfully facilitated the launch, growth, and exit of 100s of companies. Over many decades, he has helped businesses solve their most pressing challenges, accelerating their growth and maximizing their exit value.

In 1986, Joe founded and grew the Transworld Services Group staffing company to over $45 million in 10 years. By 1994, the company was among Inc. Magazine’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies. Looking forward, Joe facilitated the business’ ISO 9002 certification, securing a standard of prestigious, international quality, and sold the company at a significant market premium ten years later. Soon after, Joe became President and 50% owner of ASG, a $3.5 million construction staffing company, building it into a $150 million business with 30 offices in five years. In 2007, ASG was sold to a publicly-traded company, again at a market premium.

In the community, Joe sits on various advisory boards and is the Founder and Chairman of the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO), a non-profit center for children and adults with motor disabilities.

Paz Criado, Managing Director/Senior Commercial Banker

Ms. Criado joined Fieldpoint Private in 2020, bringing 14 years’ experience serving clients’ efforts to grow their businesses by anticipating their working capital, business banking, credit, business expansion and real estate financing needs. In so doing, she also works with her wealth advisory teammates to deliver streamlined solutions for the complex needs of client families across the full spectrum of banking, credit, wealth planning, investment and risk management needs.

Prior to Fieldpoint, Ms. Criado was with Birmingham, Alabama-based Regions Bank, where she served as a commercial banker, managing client relationships and helping businesses grow through credit and treasury management solutions. Before that she was a commercial banker with Bank of America, focused entirely on serving entrepreneurs and their businesses in Central Florida. Ms. Criado earned her bachelor’s in business management from the University of Phoenix. He served nearly eight years as a U.S. Army Captain and Blackhawk helicopter pilot, including deployments in Germany, Kosovo, Iraq and South Korea. He and his family have an affinity for helping the homeless and veterans of the United States Armed forces, focusing their time and efforts in support of those causes.

Born in Orlando, Doug has been married since 1992, he has two sons and a daughter. Doug is a past President of the Central Florida Society of Financial Service Professionals and currently serves on the Board for the Manufacturers Association of Central Florida and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Orlando.
